Shani is an American actor, writer and mother. Born in the Midwest, she began her acting career in Indiana playing roles from basketball mom to domestically abused wife and mother, as well as Lead Medical Examiner, in both film and television productions. Classically trained in theater at Indiana University, Shani continues her ongoing education by attending workshops and seminars lead by industry professionals in her pursuit of learning the business of acting. With an active day-to-day schedule managing her two sons, two Chihuahua puppies and two tortoise shell cats, Shani successfully pursues working as an actor with the assistance of her supportive husband.
